Setup typically runs 3 to 5 business days from when you submit your details. Most clients are live faster than that. If you send everything quickly, your agent can be up and running within hours. The 3 to 5 day window is our safe estimate so you do not feel rushed. We move at your pace, not the other way around. You do not need a developer. We handle the build, the configuration, and the install.
No. We send a single embed code and a one-page instruction sheet. You paste it into your website footer. Two minutes. It works on WordPress, Squarespace, custom-coded sites, all of them. If you have a developer on staff, we send it directly to them.
On the Essential tier, your agent is named Bruce (our default). On Professional and Elite, you choose your agent's name and personality tone to match your brand voice. Whatever name you pick stays consistent across every conversation. The only thing that does not change is the AI disclosure in the opening greeting, which is a legal requirement, not a styling choice.

Elite at $1,997/mo plus a $797 setup fee. Everything in Professional, plus unlimited protocol updates, quarterly strategy reports, quarterly agent refreshes, and same-day support response every business day.

We do not offer a free trial because every deployment is custom-built for your brokerage. It is not a one-size-fits-all widget. What we do offer is a 30-day money-back guarantee on the monthly retainer. If you are not seeing value in the first month, you get a full refund. The setup fee covers your custom deployment work: building your agent persona (on Professional and Elite), configuring your protocols, loading your knowledge base, and installing the agent on your website. The work is done before you go live, so the fee is non-refundable once that work is complete. The monthly retainer carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is where the risk reversal sits.
Yes. 30 days written notice to cancel. The monthly retainer is refundable within the first 30 days. No lock-in beyond that. If you cancel, we hand over every lead and every conversation transcript we have for you.
Founding clients are the first 10 brokerages to subscribe. The setup fee is waived for everyone in this group, and your monthly rate locks in for as long as you stay continuously subscribed. If rates rise later, founding clients keep paying today's price. It is our way of rewarding the brokerages who back us early.

Lead Capture and Delivery.
Up to 13 structured fields per lead, captured naturally through conversation. Things like name, email, phone, intent (buyer, seller, renter, or browser), timeline, budget range, target neighborhood or property type, financing status (for buyers), and a one-sentence summary your team can scan in two seconds. Each field is captured through the visitor's own words, never a form.
Your agent weighs three signals: timeline, how specific the visitor's criteria are, and (for buyers) financing readiness. Tight timeline plus clear criteria plus financing in place lands a lead as Hot. Looser signals shift the rating down. This rating gives your team a quick read on where to start calling.
Within seconds of the visitor finishing the conversation. The full lead profile lands in your inbox automatically. No manual entry, no dashboard to check, no delay. Your team can call back while the lead is still on your site.
Your agent stays in its lane. For legal questions, complaints, off-topic queries, or anything that needs a licensed agent, it acknowledges the visitor, collects their contact details, and hands the conversation to your team to follow up directly. It never guesses or gives advice it is not qualified to give.

Data, Privacy, and Compliance.
You do. Every lead captured through your deployed agent is your data. Auron stores and processes it on your behalf to deliver the service, but we never share your lead data with other clients or any third party. You have editor access to your lead database at all times.
Lead data is stored in a dedicated, client-specific database hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Your database is isolated from every other client's database. Auron handles infrastructure security and uptime. You focus on the leads inside.
Yes. If you cancel, we provide a complete export of all your leads and conversation transcripts within 30 days, then delete the data from our systems. Your data is yours from day one and stays yours when you leave.
Yes. Fair Housing Act compliance is embedded in your agent's core instructions, so it never engages in discriminatory dialogue, never steers, and never makes protected-class assumptions. A CCPA Data Processing Addendum is included in every service contract as standard at no extra cost. We also honor opt-out rights under the privacy laws of 17 US states, plus GDPR for EU visitors and COPPA for minors. Our full Privacy Policy lists the specific statutes.
Three laws require it: California's bot disclosure law (Business and Professions Code §§ 17940-17943, also known as SB 1001), Article 50 of the EU AI Act, and Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act. Any AI agent interacting with website visitors must identify itself as AI. We bake the disclosure into the opening greeting on every deployment, on every tier, and we will never remove it.
