Privacy Policy

How we handle your data. Written in plain language.

Who We Are

Auron Agency LLC is a done-for-you AI lead qualification service for US real estate brokerages. We deploy an AI chat agent on client websites to capture, qualify, and deliver leads automatically. This policy covers how we handle data collected through our website (auronagency.com) and through AI agents deployed on client websites.

Auron is operated by Auron Agency LLC, with operations conducted from Cebu City, Philippines. Our US entity is registered in Wyoming.

What We Collect

When a visitor interacts with our AI agent on a client's website, the agent may collect: name, email address, phone number, property preferences, budget range, timeline, location, and other details the visitor shares during the conversation. The agent also records a transcript of the conversation and assigns a lead temperature rating based on the visitor's intent.

When you visit auronagency.com, our AI agent (Bruce) may collect the same types of information if you engage in a conversation. We also collect standard website analytics through cookies set by our chat widget provider.

We do not collect personal information from visitors unless they engage with the chat agent. The chat widget itself loads functional cookies on page load to enable the agent to operate (see Cookies below); these are necessary for the chat experience and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How We Use It

Data collected through client-deployed agents is used exclusively to provide our lead qualification service to that client. Specifically: delivering qualified lead profiles to the client via their dedicated database and email alerts, refining the agent's conversation protocols based on real interaction data, and generating performance reports for the client.

Data collected through auronagency.com is used to respond to inquiries, qualify prospective clients, and improve our own services.

We do not use client lead data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose beyond delivering our service.

Who Has Access

Lead data from a client deployment is accessible only to two parties: the client and Auron. We never share one client's lead data with another client or with any third party.

Our service uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate (including cloud-based AI, automation, database, and email services). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security policies. We do not sell or share personal data with these providers for their own purposes.

Data Storage and Retention

Lead data is stored in dedicated, client-specific databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Each client's data is isolated from every other client's data.

We retain client lead data for the duration of the service agreement. Upon termination, we provide the client with a complete export of all their data within 30 days, after which we delete it from our systems.

Data collected through auronagency.com (prospective client inquiries) is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up and provide our services.

AI Disclosure

Every Auron-deployed agent identifies itself as an AI assistant in its opening greeting. This is not optional and cannot be removed by clients on any service tier. When a visitor directly asks if they are speaking with a human, the agent will confirm it is an AI. This disclosure is required by applicable law, including California Business and Professions Code §§ 17940-17943 (the California bot disclosure law, SB 1001), Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45) prohibiting unfair or deceptive acts or practices, and Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act) governing transparency obligations for AI systems that interact with natural persons.

California Residents: CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100-1798.199) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Auron does not sell or share personal information. Every client engagement includes a CCPA Data Processing Addendum as standard, at no additional cost.

To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at support@auronagency.com. We will respond within forty-five (45) days of receiving a verified request, as required by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.130(a)(2). We may extend this period by an additional forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you of the extension and the reason.

Other US State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, Florida, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Montana, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Maryland, Minnesota, or Nebraska, you have rights under your state's privacy law similar to those granted to California residents. These rights generally include the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.

Auron does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any state privacy right, contact us at support@auronagency.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by your state's law.

Some state laws provide a narrower set of rights than California. For example, the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act does not grant consumers the right to delete or correct personal data collected by third parties. Where state law provides narrower rights than those described above, the state's own statutory scope governs.

If your state of residence is not listed above and you believe you have data subject rights under another applicable law, contact us at the same address.

International Visitors (EU, UK, EEA)

If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, your personal data is processed under the legal basis of legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and equivalent UK GDPR provisions, in providing lead qualification services to our client (the real estate brokerage whose website you visited). Where you provide explicit consent through the chat interaction itself (for example, by sharing contact information for follow-up by a licensed agent), processing may also rest on Article 6(1)(a) consent for purposes related to that follow-up.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, or request portability of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@auronagency.com.

Auron is based in the Philippines with a US entity registered in Wyoming. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU, UK, or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-6506) and its implementing regulations at 16 C.F.R. Part 312. If you believe a minor's information has been collected through our chat agent, contact us at support@auronagency.com and we will promptly delete it.

Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out request under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the California Privacy Rights Act, and the comprehensive privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Montana, Texas, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Maryland, Minnesota, and Nebraska, each of which recognizes GPC as a universal opt-out mechanism. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.

In compliance with revised CCPA regulations effective January 1, 2026 (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7025), when your browser sends us a GPC signal we will display a visible confirmation on our website acknowledging that your opt-out signal has been recognized and processed.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies set by our chat widget provider to enable the AI agent to function. These cookies are necessary for the chat experience and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels on auronagency.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
